Maintenance Methods for All-Steel Laboratory Benches
1. During the use of all-steel laboratory benches, do not use sharp objects to scratch the bench surface, and do not place or use sharp objects on the bench surface. Such operations may cause damage to the bench surface.
2. Although the all-steel laboratory bench has undergone special treatment, it is best to avoid long-term use in high-temperature environments as much as possible. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can cause varying degrees of damage to the material on its surface.
3. Try not to use open flames on the laboratory bench or expose the bench to direct sunlight. At the same time, do not perform chopping work on the bench surface. Otherwise, it will affect the bench surface and lead to damage.
4. During experiments, researchers often use instruments such as alcohol lamps. When using an alcohol lamp, place it on a tripod. After the experiment is completed, clean the surface of the all-steel physical laboratory bench with warm water, and apply an appropriate amount of protective agent accordingly. This ensures the integrity of the bench surface and prevents damage to its surface.
